Tell me what you think of the $4.99 price. Is it a good price for you? I'm just happy to finally be able to offer BBW as an ebook since many of you have asked for this format since it came out on Amazon a while back.
I'll try to update you on how this project does. Right now I'm $175.00 in the red so it'll take a while before I make any profit.
Do you buy your ebooks on Smashwords?

is smashwords cheaper than amazon??
I recently got a kindle, and I've noticed that amazon is still kinda expensive...
Just wanted to say "yay!"
Christine, my ebook costs $4.55 and you can upload it straight into your Kindle. Some publishers have their ebooks the same price as a paperback, and that's why it seems so expensive.
I bought your book this morning and downloaded ASAP to my Kindle!
Just wanted to say "super yay!" Smashwords is my favourite ebook retailer, it's so easy to download books in any format you want. Looking forward to buying your other books there too, once you have them ready!
Bought it, read it, loved it! I have a special place in my heart for Jed, so BBW was a real treat!
I think the price point is more than fair. Even though this was my first Smashwords purchase, I was able to download BBW to my Nook effortlessly.
I am greedy, I will confess freely. Does this independent publishing format mean that we will soon be treated to more of your novels? Like, oh, I don't know, ALEX and T?!? I know nothing of publishing, self or otherwise, so I don't know if that is technologically or financially feasible, but I can dream, can't I?
Anyway, I am delighted to have had another Gennita Low book to devour, and anxiously await more.
RVA,
Thank you so much! I appreciate your coming here and telling me this.
Yes, I hope to put more up on Smashbook. Next is to put up the short novella in The Mammoth Book, then The Protector and Sleeping With ***, all of which I've gotten the rights back. The novella and The Protector, esp. will have some scenes reinstated.
I'd like to sell T and Alex after VOne and will submit a proposal to Samhain, my publisher, and hopefully they'll like it; the other option, of course, is to self-pub. I know there will be many readers who will happy about getting their story ;-); I have at least fifty or sixty inquiries about this couple every year.
Count me as inquiry #61 for Alex and T!!!
