Uber Author Preparations

Because San Francisco is so expensive and most of us glamorous mid-list authors are dirt-poor, many of us are sharing rooms in threes and fours. My roommates, who don't know about my luck at airports, especially at the Atlanta Hub, have assumed that, just because I'm noted down as the first to arrive, that I would actually be in San Francisco on time. So, I've been given a list to do at the registration desk when I get there:

(names have been changed)
To recap: Currently, Room 1 is under my name with Suz and Jenn listed as also staying there
Room 2 is in Mary's name with Lois and Jill listed.
What you guys will need to do is:
1) Switch Mary to room one for all 6 nights.
2) Cancel room 2 for EVERYONE for Monday night
3) Switch room 2 from Mary's name to Jenn's (I'd put it in your name Jenn since you're the first one there) starting Tuesday night
4) Add Cora to room 2 as of Tuesday night and Jo and Lois as of Wed night.
5) Add Mary to room 1 starting Monday
6) And Jill to room 1 starting Tuesday.

Got that?
