I love sexy scenes. A well-written one stays on my mind forever. A controversial one too. An example of a well-written and controversial one is Christina Dodd's forced seduction scene in A Well-Pleasured Lady. Man, I loved that whole chapter.
HOWEVER, here are uber-bad ones. You'll be happy to know that they were all written by men. Heh. Click on the link below and marvel at these published offerings:
Edited here to add my apologies to the male authors in this article by The Guardian, if their feelings were hurt about the nomination. But yoikes...demon eel in the penis?! A giant lobster using his tail to ravish female parts?! =8-O Do you have any seduction and sexy scenes that you remember from a favorite book? I have plenty! Wanna make a list? Heh. Come on, I need to continue my procrastination!

"Sex" scenes is right, they were definitely lacking in the romance department. The male mind is a curious thing, but what really threw me were the ones written by women. There were some by women as well, weren't there? Shoot, I read them yesterday and now I can't remember.

These are from "literary" books so I would say they call it sexual congress or some big word like that ;-).
