There was a total lunar eclipse early this morning. Did you catch it?
In the olden days, they believed a dragon lived up in the sky and periodically, he battled the moon and ate it. The color of blood around an eclipsed moon (Blood Moon) gave the illusion of the battle in the sky.
And two weeks later, it's a solar eclipse! Another hungry dragon to battle.
In astrology, depending on individual charts, lunar eclipses signal important events/projects/something personal ending, public downfalls, and things that need to be finished (ahem, my book), and solar eclipses trigger new beginnings coming and growth.

In Romancelandia, Rob Ashton was one of the "icons" that graced romance covers. He had been Romantic Times Magazine's Mr. Romance in the mid-90s and was very popular among those readers who enjoy romance cover art. As his career flourished, Rob Ashton has branched out as a personal physical fitness trainer.
I'm sad to report that Mr. Ashton passed away a few days ago after a long illness. This was reported at http://www.robashton.com/ and to me from my RBL friends. There will be an article commemorating Mr. Ashton in a future issue of the Romantic Times Book Club Magazine.
My condolences to Rob Ashton's family, friends, and fans, many of whom regularly "talked" to him at his forum.

And what dragons are you fighting these days, my friends? Because I can't be the only one battling out here ;-).
