This is so silly. Lindsay Lohan is suing E-Trade for this commercial. For $100 mil. I'm serious--$100,000,000.
Why? Because E-Trade dared to use a baby called Lindsay and there was a reference to "milkaholic." Watch it. What do you guys think?
Did you really think it was about Lindsay? And if someone mentioned Lindsay to you, would you know the reference like you'd know "Madonna" or "Elvis?" Not moi. Lindsay Lohan only made me think of has-been child stars.
Bear with me while I learn. The first button likes the POST. The second button likes the BLOG site. Please help me by "liking" me. Thanks!

Lohan's lawsuit is (probably) a way to get some publicity. At least I hope so. If she's serious, both she and the lawyer who filed the suit are idiots.
And frankly, when I hear the name "Lindsay" (as opposed to seeing it in print) I think of Lindsey Buckingham.
I've been catching up on your older posts and am so sorry about the loss of your older furbabies.
I saw the commercial a couple of days ago and it never even crossed my mind to think about Lindsay Lohan when the name Lindsay was uttered. Heck, I didn't even recall the baby's name until this came up. Incredible ego to think that this relates to her. I agree with Vince that this is publicity stunt. However, her lawyer could have a problem if it turns out the lawsuit is determined to be frivolous.
Vince,
That's really a serious way to get publicity. What if the judges rule against her?
Alund,
Thank you for the condolences. I'm still trying to grasp the reality that they're both gone together, but am all right. Now, if only this chest congestion would go away and let me feel normal again!
The lawsuit does sound frivolous and I do hope it gets dismissed. Lindsay is such a generic name. Now, if the baby was named Gennita...!
