He'll entertain me and Bad Puppy all day:
I have LOTS of bills and junk mail for him to eat ;-).
I was looking at my pile today and was wondering--what is the MOST ESSENTIAL thing besides electricity, water, and mortgage payment? The thing that I MUST have even if I'm starving? Hmm. Internet. Yeah.
I don't need the cell or cable as long as I have the Internetz. And maybe enough $$$ for one book a month at least.
What about you? Can you cut chocolate? Coffee? Maybe the must-have On Star service in your truck? ;-)
I'm thinking of writing a letter to President Bush for a little bit of bailout myself. I mean shoot, what's 50 grand added into that $700 billion of our money that he's wants to print to save the banks? I think, if he would just give the money to people who owe money (with checks that they can't cash for themselves, of course, heh heh), then the banks would be paid, right? And then everyone wins--no one is in debt and no banks have bad loans. You see? Why can't they see how simple it is?
Now, let me check out that bunny again....
Bear with me while I learn. The first button likes the POST. The second button likes the BLOG site. Please help me by "liking" me. Thanks!

Rick and I were just saying the same thing - why not pay off everyone's loans with the 700 billion? After all, the banks would still get their money back and the citizens won't lose their homes, their kids can go to college etc. But then, we're not expert economists.
What I couldn't do without? Tangibles - fast computer with broadband internet and my monthly quota of books. Intangibles - someone to love and who loves me back.
Hmmmmm do you think he would agree that Victoria's Secret shopping money is a necessity? I could certainly use a little hand with that. I mean, I did vote for him, he should you know, repay the favor.
too freakin adorable :)
Ya, Elaine,
$700 billion would buy A LOT of things, including finance the Iraq war for another 20 years at least.
Well, I wasn't thinking about the intangibles, which would be my dogs, of course ;-). But, look what happened the moment I said I MUST have Internetz? My website broke and I was left in a total panic. We're in trouble, I tell you.

Lady Zannah,
Really? Victoria's Secrets can't be taken off the list for you? Wow ;-).
I currently have a year's supply of chocolate covered coffee beans. That's essential, I tell you! I need it to write. Other essentials? Internet access, but that's a business expense. =)
