RB: I need your help with my next paper.
Me: Okay.
RB (sssslowwly reading from instruction sheet): Write an analysis essay in which you single out an element in the plays A Streetcar Named Desire, The Glass Menagerie, Othello, or the book, The Hobbit (i.e. setting, theme, character development, etc.). Make sure you carry this element throughout the play.
Pause.
Me: (thinking of the obvious thematic stuff to tell RB when he asks the obvious question) (looking at him expectantly) (putting on my professorial look) (smiling encouragingly)
Pause.
RB: (slowwwwwwly) What is I.E.?
Pause.
Me: I guess I'm writing this paper, huh.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

Ah, RB makes me laugh. :) But you do realize that now you and he have a reputation to uphold. That A+ means he is now expected by professor to do well, and that means, well, you have to do well. He is very lucky to have you there to, er... help him with his papers. LOL - so I'm loving this prof though. Great selection!
