Leiha and Lina came to visit on the way to a kilts and corsets party this Saturday. These two lovely girls just know how to have fun!
We hit the beachside and ate at Bubba Gump's. Since they drove all the way from Atlanta, I get to listen to all their adventures during the road trip. A playboy bunny warehouse--leather skirts for $25!
Leiha does publicity/promotional work for Karen Marie Moning (yes, Da Moning), so she's a fount of knowledge and interesting information. Lina is simply energy personified because this woman is a physical trainer/therapist for athletes and not only that, jogs 15 miles like you and I inhale Krispy Kreme donuts, AND does charity work for rebuilding New Orleans and Habitat For Humanity...she's simply amazing.
I felt so boring because all I had to tell them was about...roofing! LOL.
Of course, now they have me seriously considering joining them in Orlando this Saturday night for the Kilts and Corsets party. Guys in kilts? Oh my. I'm hoping I don't have to work that day; it being so hot and humid, usually I come home feeling punchy from the heat and would probably not want to make the one hour drive to Orlando where the party's at.
Men in kilts...sigh. LOL.

RB told me he's reading The Hunter right now and that he's at the part where Hawk is "at position #4" with Amber. I had no idea what he meant till he started describing the "activities" when Hawk showed up at Amber's kitchen.
"He was having his way with her, wasn't she? All those positions," RB commented.
I laughed. It's funny to hear a man talk about my love scenes. Have any of your significant others ever read one of those "position" scenes and talked to you about it? Do they "analyze" it like RB? Do they laugh, albeit sometimes nervously ;-)? RB never laughs at my love scenes. In fact, he tells the others that they'd better learn to read because the latest "position" is seriously hot. LOL.
I know my neighbor, the truck driver, tells his significant other that they are living next door to a sex maniac (she doesn't read my books but she reports to me what he tells her!). Of course, to my face, he just talks about the plot. Bwah.

Congrats on your Mastership ;-). Wish you were here too. It's over 100 degrees on the roof here today and I might feel too exhausted by the time I get home. Nonetheless, I'm sure those two will have a great time!
