The first ...Truly a sad day for the writing world. The first book I ever read by him was Terminal Man and I figured out what was going wrong before the characters. I felt so smart. LOL The Andromeda Strain was great and I loved it equally. Jurassic Park is a classic and I read it as much for insights into chaos theory as for the storyline, especially since they were so intertwined. It was truly so much better than the movie. He will truly be missed.Mohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11657297164685986013noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12158466.post-91715964754299783342008-11-06T08:34:00.000-05:002008-11-06T08:34:00.000-05:00Sarah,I've never met him and just found out that h...Sarah,<BR/>I've never met him and just found out that he was six feet nine. I read loads of his stuff in the early/mid 90's and think he was a totally class act. I used to sneak into the break room when I came to work early and devour his books. Clever, clever man and it is such a sad passing.Sarahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00735060834697894548noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12158466.post-36953049985741320132008-11-05T23:20:00.000-05:002008-11-05T23:20:00.000-05:00Oh, I liked his books too.
